Our Mission
At Gentle Psychiatric Care Services, LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate and professional psychiatric care that is tailored to the needs of each client. Natalie Jean Baptiste, PMHNP, our lead nurse practitioner, offers virtual mental health services and individualized plans of care with the goal of helping clients improve their mental health.
About Me
Natalie is a compassionate and experienced ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She has over 15 years of nursing experience providing care to diverse populations in Florida. Today, she provides virtual psychiatric care to patients across Florida and Colorado with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans and a client-centered approach.
Natalie’s primary goals when providing care are ensuring every client feels heard, teaching clients how to be a part of their health journey, and providing professional care. As a PMHNP, Natalie has experience treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric mental health issues. She also specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and many other areas.

Anxiety

PTSD

ADHD
"Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders affecting children. Symptoms of ADHD include inattention (not being able to keep focus), hyperactivity (excess movement that is not fitting to the setting) and impulsivity (hasty acts that occur in the moment without thought). Bipolar Disorder
"Bipolar disorders are brain disorders that causes changes in a person’s mood, energy, and ability to function. People with bipolar disorder experience intense emotional states that typically occur during distinct periods of days to weeks, called mood episodes. OCD

To get rid of the thoughts, they feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions).
